Almost over You can still buy a semi in Toronto for under a million. Yet, the days of six-figure prices for semis and rowhouses are numbered. The average price for attached properties has surpassed $950,000 in 2015 and is likely to reach the $1 million threshold this year.

A strong seller’s market Empty-nesters and first-time buyers still line up to fight over every semi, it seems. While the trans-action volume for attached properties exhibits a slight increase, inventory levels remain low and the time required to market these properties remains relatively short.
