An upward trend The volume of transactions will rise in 2015 as continuing gentrification fuels more demand for compact urban properties, making them pricier. And even at an average price of over $2 million, they sell almost instantly: 17 days on the market is the norm. Multiple offers are very common in this segment and price range.
